1. Who we are

This website (etnosample.com) and all digital products on it are operated by EtnoSample Ltd. (ЕтноСемпъл ЕООД), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria (European Union).

2. What we sell

We sell digital goods and downloadable software for musical instruments and arrangers: sample sets, libraries, styles, audio loops, expansion packs, MIDI content, voices/presets and desktop software (for macOS). Everything is delivered digitally as a download link and/or a software licence — no physical goods are shipped. Desktop software applications include a 24-hour free trial with full access, after which a licence key is required.

3. Prices, taxes and invoicing

Prices on the website are shown without VAT. VAT is added at the end of checkout depending on the country from which the order is placed, in accordance with applicable law:

• 20% (Article 21(1) of the Bulgarian VAT Act) for EU consumers while combined annual EU B2C turnover is under €10,000 (BGN 19,558.30);
• Above that threshold — destination VAT of the buyer’s EU country under the OSS scheme (Bulgarian consumers remain 20% as a domestic supply);
• 20% for Bulgarian companies;
• 0% reverse charge (Article 86(3) of the Bulgarian VAT Act / Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC) for a valid VAT number of an EU company outside Bulgaria;
• 0% for non-EU businesses (Article 21(2) of the Bulgarian VAT Act);
• 0% for non-EU consumers (Article 21(6) of the Bulgarian VAT Act).

The place of supply for electronic services is determined under Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011 using at least two non-contradictory pieces of evidence (in particular IP address and payment data); a country selected in the form does not by itself justify 0% VAT. The invoice is issued by EtnoSample Ltd after payment.

4. Payment

Card payments are processed by myPOS (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay). EtnoSample Ltd (ЕтноСемпъл ЕООД), UIC/VAT BG208926895, is the seller, issues invoices and handles billing inquiries and refunds. We do not store bank card details.

5. Delivery

After a successful payment you receive access to the product (a download link and/or a licence key) immediately or shortly after completing the purchase.

6. Free trial, right of withdrawal and refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled by EtnoSample Ltd:

Software and applications (Style Edit Pro, Key Detector, Style Optimizer, FM-DX Converter, VL Editor): They include a 24-hour free trial. After purchase a 14-day money-back guarantee applies (on refund the licence key is deactivated remotely).

Sample sets, sound libraries, styles and audio files: Because of the nature of the content (unprotected digital audio files that load directly into the synthesizer’s memory) and pursuant to Article 57, item 13 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП), no trial period is offered for them and the right of withdrawal ends once the download has started. Before payment the buyer confirms this with an express checkbox.

Processing of amounts: When a refund is approved, amounts are returned through myPOS to the same bank card used for the payment, within 14 business days. For full details see our Refund & cancellation policy.

7. Licence to use the products

On purchase you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product; you do not acquire ownership of the content. You may use it for personal use and in your own commercial musical productions, recordings, performances, broadcasts and streaming (YouTube, Spotify, etc.), with no extra licence fees.

You may not, without written permission:

• resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or upload the product or its components (samples, styles, MIDI, presets, loops);
• include the content in other libraries or competing products;
• convert it for other instrument brands for the purpose of sale;
• perform reverse engineering;
• remove protection/identification measures.

8. Intellectual property

All original materials in EtnoSample products are created by EtnoSample Ltd and the manager Mihail Gadzhev, are protected by copyright and remain the property of EtnoSample Ltd. Purchase does not transfer copyright. Third-party trademarks and model names (e.g. Yamaha®, Korg®, Roland®, Ketron®, Nord®) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; EtnoSample is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.

9. Compatibility and liability

Before purchase you are obliged to carefully review the product description, the stated technical requirements and any demonstrations or trial version, and to verify that the product (program, set, library or other digital content) is compatible with your device, instrument, model, operating system and software version. If you have not reviewed the product in advance, the risk of incompatibility or that the product does not meet your expectations remains with you, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, EtnoSample Ltd. is not liable for incompatibility with unsupported configurations, for improper use, or for consequences of failing to review the product in advance. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, including for a defective or not-as-described product, nor liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and applies to purchases made after publication.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
